Customer Relations

The Customer Relations Department is responsible for ensuring the exceptional delivery of our services to our production, post production and special events clients.
This group acts as a point of contact to:

• Provide a point of contact for fielding customer requests and concerns.
• Provide a consistent interface with our production, post production and special events clients.
• Track client satisfaction as well as monitor the service levels through surveying our customers.
• Maintain client relationships while on lot and into the future.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
