Kathy Ochse

Director, Administration, Universal Studios Digital Services
Kathy Ochse was promoted to Director of Administration, Universal Studios Digital Services in 2003. Ochse oversees a staff of 65 including Quality Control, Scheduling, Expediting, Labeling, and Shipping personnel as well as Scheduling and Operations managers. In her current role, Ochse’s administrative responsibilities include serving as ScheduAll business owner, leading efficiency projects, and establishing scheduling workflow solutions to meet customer expectations.
During her time as Director, Ochse has earned her Six Sigma Green Belt for process improvements. She is an integral team member in the reorganization of Technical Services and Digital Services scheduling to streamline operations for internal and external clients. Ochse also played a key role in creating the Order Management System (OMS) to reduce waste and improve reliability in the ordering process.
Ochse has eighteen years of post production experience. She served as Digital Services Manager from 2000 to 2003 where she was responsible for building and overseeing the Scheduling, Expediting, and Billing teams. Prior to NBC Universal, Ochse handled the Universal Technical Services account at Point 360 and supervised the facility’s scheduling team over the course of three years. She also worked as TV Syndication Manager and Scheduler at Mediatech West for six years. Ochse received her BA in Speech Communication at West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
