Office Services

At Universal we provide great accommodations and amenities, and pride ourselves on our superb customer service. Upon renting office space, you will be assigned a liaison who can resolve any office related issues or needs. Office space ranges from 550 sq ft to 11,500 sq ft.

Some of the amenities include:

Internet iV-LAN (Speed is T-1 or greater, please inquire about wireless access.)
Offices come furnished with no additional fees
Some buildings offer 24/7 security
On-site parking; covered and uncovered
Most suites have kitchens with appliances
Conference rooms at no extra charge
Mail runs 2-3 times a day for each production
